- Henry Larson, 81, rural Gonvick, died Sunday, August 10, 1986 at the Fosston Municipal Hospital.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, rural Gonvick, with the Rev. Richard Lafer officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the Cease Funeral Home in Bagley.
Mr. Larson was born April 3, 1905, at Evansville, the son of Axel and Margit Larson. He grew up in the Brandon-Evansville area and move to Gully in the early 1940s. He had lived at Eden Township since 1942 and farmed there and also worked as a mechanic and barber. He married Julia Sunsdahl January 8, 1932. She died in 1969.
He is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann (Morris) Tverberg, Minneapolis and Delores Milner, St. Cloud; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two sisters, Effie Larson, Bagley and Alice Swanson, Minneapolis; a brother, Arthur, Gonvick; and a step sisters, Marie Johnson, Clearbrook.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by an infant brother and two grandchildren.
